We are all part of a bigger picture, but can we still be ourselves? Is our environment safe enough for that, or does the amount of information we're exposed to every day make it difficult? Can we handle success, failure, challenges, happiness and sadness? This exhibition is about being yourself in this crazy world full of manipulation and social media, where we feel like we have to be better than others.
It's about the difference between reality and what we see in digital culture. In our world of lots of different types of media, it's not easy to think for ourselves.
It makes us ask: 'What are we doing?' Is all this really important, and what does it do to us as people? It makes us stop and think about our feelings and the things we need to survive, and then we can move on.
It makes us think by showing us things, getting us to feel things, read things, listen to things and think about them. This helps us to understand that everyone is human, perfection does not exist, and people are people. This is the power of art.
Open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 2 PM to 6 PM
